Chef-crafted • Nurse-curated • Plant-powered. One simple bundle for a chic, clean holiday meal: Autumn Quinoa (2 portions), a Seasonal Soup Duo plus Medicinal Chaga Broth, and our Raw Vegan Pumpkin Pie. Vegan. Gluten-free. Dairy-free.

What’s Included (1 Bundle)

  • Autumn Quinoa (x2 portions) — our classic entrée bowl, unchanged: roasted butternut squash, potatoes, sweet potatoes, and beets over herbed quinoa. ~16–18 oz each.
  • Seasonal Soup DuoButternut Squash (16 oz) and Creamy Mushroom (16 oz).
  • Medicinal Chaga Broth — functional, sippable broth (16 oz) that also works as a cooking base.
  • Raw Vegan Pumpkin Pie — 8" pie • serves 6–8.

Portion Guide

1 bundle comfortably serves 2–3 as a full holiday meal (entrée + soups + pie). For 4–6 guests, order 2 bundles.

Quick Holiday Transformations

  • Creamy Mushroom → “Gravy”: Warm gently and reduce; whisk with a splash of almond milk to desired thickness. Spoon over Autumn Quinoa.
  • Chaga Broth → Stuffing/Dressing Base: Use as your moisture base for gluten-free bread/cornbread dressing; add aromatics and herbs.
  • Butternut Soup → Starter: Serve in small bowls or espresso cups for an elegant first course.
